Torrontes is a lovely native grape from Argentina which gives really fresh aromatics of peach, orange blossom, green pears with a lovely citrus lift at the finish. Perfect with fuller flavoured foods such as lightly spiced cuisine.
2 x Lomas Sauvignon Blanc, Chile
Chile is a near on perfect region to grow grapes with lots of sunshine hours and the cool Humbolt current allows grapes like sauvignon blanc to grow as they need a cooler climate to retain that vibrant acidity. A delicate style with lemon, lime, honeysuckle fresh acidity well balanced with length and structure.
Rose Wine
2 x Mesa Trinas Malbec Rose, Argentina
The popular malbec grape from Argentina made in to a rose wine. The juice has had a small time on the skin to give a lovely delicate pink colour giving a fresh dry rose style. Lots of juicy red berry fruits, with cherries, and a touch spice with lovely vibrant finish.

The signature grape from Chile is carmenere which gives notes of black cherry, blackcurrant and
black pepper on the nose leads to an elegant palate with integrated tannins and a fresh fruity finish.
