1 x Cuvée Jean-Paul Gascogne Blanc de Blancs Sec, Côtes de Gascogne, France Vigorous grape selection is used to capture the fresh aromatics and flavour of this Blanc de Blancs from the southwest province of Gascony. A fresh nose of lime, basil, freshly cut green grass and guavas. The medium-bodied palate continues with more green fruits, flowers and figs.

A fresh dry white with gentle floral and citrus aromas. Crisp and delicate on the palate with orchard fruit and lightly honeyed notes, balanced by lemony acidity and a fresh, dry finish.

1 x Terra Boa Old Vine Tinto, Beiras, Portugal A blend of predominantly Touriga Nacional and Tinta Roriz, from Alianca’s property in Figueira de Castelo Rodrigo in Beiras. Aromas of ripe bramble fruit, plum and a touch of spice. Generous on the palate with fresh red cherry and blackberry leaf characters. Fine tannins and a touch of spice on the juicy finish.
