We have with the greatest of pleasure of introducing Johnny Bingham back to the Wine Shop to host this fabulous evening, exploring the wonderful wines of Chile!

Chile is a near perfect place for growing grapes, with the shelter of the Andes and as well as providing water for irrigation, the warm sun and cooling breeze from the Pacific Ocean.

We will be exploring the Colchagua Valley which is divided into the Andean sector, which is influenced by the mountains, a central sector on the flatlands, and a coastal sector with significant influence from the Pacific Ocean.
