When your buying processco and you want the full fizz make sure you read the label. Spumante is full sparkling which is what you would expect, whereas frizzante is only lightly sparkling and you maybe a bit disappointed. However, if you find bubbles a little over powering but want to pop a cork then frizzante is perfect for you.
