What to expect?

Complex on the nose with strong layers of flor (the special yeas

t that covers the wine while ageing) with almonds lemons and delicate salty notes. This on comes through the palate with a creamy texture that is rounded and balanced with toasted almonds and spring flowers with a length that goes on.

Sherry is a wine that shines with food and this is no exception. Delicious to be enjoyed on its own and equally delicious with seafood, rice dishes and spicy dishes!
