Straw yellow colour with an olive-green background and glints of gold. Slightly veiled because of the layer of flor that speaks of it having been bott- led “En Rama”. Intense on the nose, very expressive and sharp, displaying aromas of leaven, almonds, apple, grass, chalk and talcum powder. Pure albariza. Breathtaking on the palate, fresh, intense, smooth and creamy.
