Description

The English Whisky Co. mature some of our fine single malt whiskies in Pedro Ximenez Sherry Casks. These casks are full of beautiful rich dark sherry before we take delivery, so we decided to take the sherry as well as it is too lovely to leave behind. Since arriving at St. George’s we added some of our single malt to it and left it in the casks to continue maturing. We believe that the resulting drink is a wonderful wine, that makes a superb drink for many occasions. Our chairman prefers it chilled, our MD thinks it is lovely as a dessert wine.
