The chaps at Somerset Distillery and have been doing their research on what tipple the Queen enjoys, gin and it. Which is gin with vermouth starting from a traditional base of Juniper and coriander. They have created a beautiful balanced gin which incorporates botanics you would find infused in vermouth, such as lavender and cinchona.

To add depth and character to the gin they have also used heather tips, blackberry, grains of paradise, fresh grapefruit distilled in small batches producing a limited edition 100 bottles.
