White Wine

Ca di Ponti Grillo, Sicily

Fantastic wine from Sicily, using the native grape of Grillo. Fresh zesty wine that has a rich mouth feel of melon, apple with slight spice to it. Great with meaty fish and white meat dishes.

Cortese Nostrum Catarratto Lucido

Organically grown and harvested early morning which retains the backbone of acidity in the wine. Rested on its lees for five months giving a lovely texture to the wine, touches of white peach, almond notes, herbs and nutmeg.

Cortese Vanedda Bianco

Only a small amount of this wine is produced. Organic native grapes used are a ¬†cattaratto and grillo. The wine then rests on its skin as it would’ve been traditionally to extract flavour and aromatics, the fermentation takes place in old oak botti where it then rests on its lees for seven months.

Red Wine

Ca di Ponti Nero d’Avola, Sicily

The native Nero d’Avola grape grown in Sicily receives lots of sun to ripen perfectly. Lots of juicy plummy red fruit and cherry, with a touch of spice, leading to a fresh finish. Great with grilled foods.

Nerollo Mascalese Nostru

This lovely midweight organic red wine is made from Mount Etna’s premium red grape. Intense yet delicate it has a silky fine texture with redcurrant and blackcurrant notes. Try with succulent burgers and grilled flavoursome fish dishes.

Cortese Sabuci Cerasuolo

Hand harvested organic wine with a blend of two native grapes Nero d’Avola and Frappato. Rich morello cherry, raspberries, red currants with layers of cinnamon spice and floral notes.Medium bodied wine packed with flavour and charm. The finish is long with fruit, spice and chocolate notes.
