English Sparkling Wine
1 x Sutton Ridge Rose Sparkling
The first rose sparkling from Sutton Ridge. Very low sulphur used (may have wine crystals) a beautiful delicate and rounded style with lots of cranberry, soft red berries with a rich mouth feel.
1 x Cotes de Provence Le Village, France
A wonderful elegant dry rose from the Cotes du Provence, St Tropez. Beautiful delicate blend of grenache and cinsault that shows fresh summer berry fruit and cranberries. Excellent for seafood and salads.
1 x Gavi Ca’Bianca, Italy
A dry and rich mineral fresh wine with zingy acidity. Lots of citrus, lemons and apples with complex floral aromas. A tasty long finish that matches great with shell fish.
1 x Domaine de la Baume Viognier, France
Grapes are from the Langudoc Roussillon region in the South of France. The viognier is aged on its lees for 3 months to add richness and texture to this wine. Deep yellow plums, apricot and white peach. Lovely with white meat dishes, chicken and pork.
1 x Valpolicella Ripasso Pasqua, Italy
Stunning wine from the Valpollicalle region in northern which is rich, elegant and well balanced with lovely intense red and black cherries with a touch of spice and great length. Superb with lamb and duck.
1 x Chateau Val D`Or Saint Emilion Grand Cru, France
Such an iconic wine region in France and a wine fit for any Royal table. Full of chocolate, fruits of plum with a sprinkling of spice and pepper. The acidity is still fresh and there is a dusting of tannin on the finish. Beautiful with roasted red meats.
