A classic representation of Sauvignon Blanc from the Wairau Valley in Marlborough. Grapes are from young vines and sourced from across the valley to express the region (they used to sell their grapes to Cloudy Bay, but have since decided to make their own wine)

Oozing lots of aromatic tropical fruit, fresh green apples, citrus fruit with savoury nettles and a zippy fresh finish.

2 x The Fox and Flamingo Rose, South Africa

This elegant rose uses exclusively the free run juice of Pinotage,allowing the grapes to be crushed by gravity, ensuring a minimal extraction of colour also preserve the natural acidity. Aromas of fresh red fruits and floral notes, crisp and full of flavours of raspberry, strawberry and grapefruit, finishing with a distinctive savoury minerality.

Three friends call themselves ‘Rebels of the Vine’ and are pushing the boundaries of a traditional industry. Wine doesn’t have to be serious just make sure it tastes good! A blend of grapes showing a balance of fruit and freshness. Vibrant red berry fruits with an overlay of dark cherries, spice and fresh finish.
