We love this wine from head winemaker Jacque from Bon Courage. A classic blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, that has been rested on its lees for 3-4 years (which is the same as vintage Champagne). Jacques has created an elegant and intense wine with rich creamy biscuit notes, rich dried honeyed fruit.

Rose Wine

Piquepoul Rose, France

This is our most popular rose, year on year, which is why we have selected it of you to enjoy over Easter.Delicate nose of cherry blossom, strawberries

and peaches. The palate is wonderfully fresh with summer berry flavours and notes of crushed rose petals.

White Wine

Tananga Sauvignon Blanc, New Zealand

Delightful and fresh and will please the most fussiets of wine drinkers over Easter, after all, who doesn’t love a classic New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. Pure, flavourful and intense with aromas and flavours of passion fruit and grass. This is well structured with integrated acidity and a nice rounded palate.

De Wetshof Estate Bon Vallon Sur Lie, South Africa

A vibrant chardonnay that has received lees ageing and no oak. It reminds me of zesty lemon meringue pie on the nose. This comes through with a lovely texture that is fresh with a mineral finish. Tonnes of flavour.

Bodega Volcanes Reserva Merlot

This Reserva Merlot is smooth and expressive with aromas and flavours that offer a pleasant mix of dark fruits especially plums and black cherries with subtle hints of cedar and smoke too. It is an approachable and medium-bodied wine with round tannins. A full style of merlot that is smooth to enjoy a glass on its own but also perfect with red meats and cheese!

Senorial Rioja Reserva

This is a Wine Shop favourite for many of our customers. It shows a beautiful balance of fruit integrated oak of long ageing in the barrel. This is showing some noticeable, attractive development with baked red berry fruit and warm apples.An elegant and smooth style of Reserva with a lovely long finish. This pairs well with roasted lamb and mushroom wellington.
